He is survived by: his wife Pamela LaBasse Ortis; his stepdaughter Laura Spurgeon (Jed); his stepgrandchild Peyton; his stepson Gabe Minnich (Ashley); his stepgrandson Skyler; his son Jonathan Ortis (Allison); his sister Connie Kennedy (David); his nephew Robert Kennedy; his niece Meagan Kennedy Mills (Keegan); his great-niece Addison Mills; his sister-in-law Wendy Chester (Bobby); his niece Amanda Nicolini (Barry); his great-nephew Brody; and his daughters, Annie and Bella. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
