James David Bennett Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Bennett Sr. of Gonzales, Louisiana, born in Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Bennett and Sidney Bennett; his daughter Kristie Dian Bennett; his sister Margaret Muir; and his mother-in-law Lucia Villegas.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Villegas Bennett; his children, Jody Ray Gautreaux, Chastity Lynn Lachney (Michael), James David Bennett, Jr. (Martha), Jason Scott Bennett and Brandon Keith Bennett (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Jade, Jody, Trey, Chase, Bailee, Logan, Jordan, Sky, Kristie, James, John, Bentley, Gabriel, Keedyn and Brady; his great grandchildren, Jemma, Ryland and Averlie; his siblings, Sharon Rome (Mike), Brenda Chiappinelli (Chip) and Marion Even; his father-in-law Bienvenido Villegas; and his sisters-in-law, Elsa, Nery, Sonia and Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
