He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Joseph and Louise Landry Simoneaux; his former wives, Helen Bordelon Simoneaux and Neva Simoneaux; his siblings, Mervin J. "Kelly" Simoneaux, Russell A. Simoneaux and Helen S Faucheux; and his grandsons, Todd Bienvenu and Layton Crawford.
He is survived by: his children, Kirk John Simoneaux (Laura) of Baton Rouge and Madeline Brouillette Bienvenu (Bo) of Prairieville; his grandchildren, Mark Steven Bienvenu, Bradlee John Simoneaux (Kelley), Taylor Nelson Simoneaux and Amanda Simoneaux Crawford; his great grandchildren, Frankie Finley (Jared), Emily Bienvenu, Mary Brooks Simoneaux and Wheeler John Simoneaux; and his sister Edith S Miglicco.
