He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Hazel Tinsley (Dailey); and his siblings, Frank Tinsley, Ronnie Tinsley, Herschel Tinsley, Robert Tinsley, Harry Tinsley, Brenda Tinsley and Mary Ann Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Tinsley (Debbie Corkern), Brad Seaton, Donna Hodge (David), Karen Pearce (Roger), Brigina Diez (Byron) and Rosetta Armand (Joe); his former wife Etta Pitre; and his siblings, Farrell Tinsley, Loil "Red" Tinsley, Diane Honkola and Linda Tinsley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
