She was predeceased by: her parents, Zach Meads, Jr. and Mildred Meads; her son Terrance Thomas; and her siblings, Eddie Meads, Ronnie Meads, Earl Thomas, Patricia Bickham, Liza Butler, Theresa Waller and Mary Malter.
She is survived by: her husband Rickey Adams; her children, Warren Thomas, April Thomas, Terrish Thomas and Tiffany Thomas-Washington; her stepsons, Rickey Adams, Jr. and Timothy Adams; her siblings, Patricia Marshall (Calvin), Joyce Hoofin (Billy), Zachary Meads (Cheryl), Bennie Simmons (Paula), Barney Craig Simmons, Mack Meads, Wayne Meads (Annie), Johnnie Meads (Darby), Zack Meads, IV (Cordell), Wesley Lacy and Jimmy Lacy; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Malter, Freddie Adams, Glen Adams, Michael Adams, Richard Adams, Cathy Adams and Tracy Crawford. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
