It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleven Sandres Jr. of Gonzales, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ammie DeBoe Sandres and Cleven Sandres Sr.; his grandparents, Isom, Viola Sandres, Finas and Stella DeBoe; and his sisters, Henrieta Jackson, Geraldine Reed, Viola Britten and Brenda Thompson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Britten (George), Naomi Sandres, Karen Jackson (Perry) and Arleen James (Roddy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
