He is survived by: his daughters, Tyra Sullivan and Willow England; his stepfather Clay Fourrier; his father-in-law Richard Redmond; and his siblings, Dorothy Zigler (Eric), Jeanna Glenn (John), Kasey Aguilar (Parches), Julie Varvel and Scott England (Heather).
In a final act of kindness Charles was able to donate to the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency.
