He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlin Lively and Myrtle Lewis Lively; his brothers, Curtis and J. D. Lively; and his grandson Lyndon Ray Lively Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Lyndon (Linda Lively) of Gonzales and Jeffrey Lively of Plaquemine; his grandchildren, Brandon (Merissa Lively) of Pennsylvania and Mary Ann Lively of Gonzales; his great grandchildren, Brandi of Gonzales, Amie of Gonzales, Raymond Lively Jr. of Gonzales and Hailey Grace Madere of Gonzales; and his sister Myrna Pouciou.
