It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Bethea of Gonzales, Louisiana, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Bethea, Sr.; her son Michael Shane Bethea (Kristin); and her parents, Rholie E. Smith and Chloe W. Smith. She is survived by: her children, James Robert Bethea, Jr. (Cindy) and Lyn Bethea Brady (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kristen, Ashli, Nick, Tyler, Bree, Allie, Dustin, Danielle, Shanna, Josh and Maria; and her great grandchildren, Hanna, Caleb, Reid, Presley, Eliza, Stella, Ella, Callie, Micah, Julian, Luke, Gabriella, Olivia, Jobe, Noah, Layla and Josslyn.
