He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marvin Neal and Anna Lee Thibodeaux. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Allen Neal; his sisters, Stephanie Pitre, Debroh Hedrick and Phyliss Rambo; his children, Kristel Duncan Neal Hawkins, Kelly Neal Pittman and Barney Joseph Neal Jr.; and his stepson Edward Duncan.
