He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Kelley and Marie Louise Bright Kelley; his children-in-law, Sharon Kelley and Billy J. Martin; and his granddaughter Stephanie Corley.
He is survived by: his children, Niki Kelley Taylor (Tim), Tanya Kelley Martin, Randell Kelley, Richard Kelley (Tenia), Sherrie Caskey (Greg), Mitchell Taylor (Elaine) and J. T. Taylor (Margaret); and his sister Rita Ferrier (Don). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
