He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kelley and Ida Mae Taylor Kelley; his daughter Marti LaVonne Kelley; his grandson Joshua Wayne Feirn; and his brother Freddie Mark Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Caskey Kelley; his daughters, Penny Weaver and Hope Feirn (Mike); his grandchildren, Laci Hubbart (Greg), Kelli Offutt (Ryan), Chelsea McLarty (Bobby), Summer Basile (Sean), Garrett Weaver, Joshua Morgan, Ryan Feirn and Morgan Feirn; his great grandchildren, Case, Marti Corkern, Ryleigh Jo Spearman, Olivia Offutt, Anna Huckaby, Eli, Finnley Shields, Emma Feirn and Graham Basile; his sister Vickie Kelley; and his friend Mary Lou Carpenter.
