She was predeceased by: her son Roland Billiot; her mother Elmina Guidry Naquin; and her siblings, Ray Naquin, Andrew Naquin Sr. Carol Naquin, Mini Pearl Naquin and Jack Naquin.
She is survived by: her children, Milton Billiot Jr., Jeremy Billiot (Rebecca), Wendy Billiot, Nelson Billiot and Jesty Billiot (Tiffany); and her father Martin Jesty Naquin. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
