He is survived by: his wife Gwen Cuneo Theriot; his sons, Blaine Theriot (Katie) and Les Theriot; his father Livingston "Budd" Theriot; his brothers, Scott (Heidi), Mitchell (Veronica) and Blake (Wanda); and his mother-in-law Carolyn D. Cuneo.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 723 N Bayou Dr, Golden Meadow, LA 70357. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
