He is survived by: his son Robert Milligan (DeLea); his stepchildren, Ryan Baudoin and Elizabeth Smith (Denny); his grandchildren, Emmy, Marci, Kara, Jasmine, Danyelle and Ashtyn; his siblings, Janet Milligan Tasson (Terry), Robert Nelson Milligan (Lise) and Jack Milligan; his brother-in-law Ponch Baudoin (Tina); his cousins, Judy Henderson, Ronnie Paterson and Sam Paterson; and his aunt Patricia McKenzie.
