He was predeceased by: his mother Enola Cheramie Felarise; and his grandson Rage Felarise. He is survived by: his wife Penny C. Felarise; his sons, Michael Felarise Jr (Jennifer) and Ramsey Felarise (Beth); his father Gilbert Felarise; his siblings, Wayne Felarise Sr., Rose Plaisance and Sandy Duet; and his grandchildren, Dax Felarise, Beau Felarise, Jenalyn Mendizabal, Conner Felarise, Ryelee Felarise and Belle Felarise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
