She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Champagne; her parents, Nelson Zeller and Enola B. Zeller; and her sisters, Vergie Broussard and Verlie Whitman.
She is survived by: her children, Roby Chavez (Christopher Roe), Antoinette Richoux (John), Dominica Saia (Costin Constantine) and Jeremy Champagne (Gidget Griffin); and her close friend Dwayne Smith. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
