He was predeceased by: his wife Enola Felarise; his son Michael Felarise Sr.; his parents, Fernand Felarise and Elena Felarise; his siblings, Ezeman, Norman, Jimmy Felarise, Enola Guidry, Belle Cheramie, Bee Guidry and Mae Bergeron; and his great grandchild Rage Felarise.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Felarise Sr. (Adele), Rose Plaisance (Wayne Sr.) and Sandy Duet (Brad); and his grandchildren, Michael Felarise, Jr. (Jennifer), Lacey Messer (Chase), Wayne Felarise Jr. (Abby), Ramsey Felarise (Beth), Wayne Plaisance Jr. (Logan), Ridge Felarise (Catherine), Raven Duet (Aaron), Megan Tondreau (Thomas) and Addy Duet (Jimmy Paul). He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
