She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Matherne and Rosie Mae Matherne; and her siblings, Judy Jacks, Beulah Schexnayder, Edgar Matherne and Belinda Guevera.
She is survived by: her close friend David Griffin; her children, Tommy Shicknider (Tuawanna), Travis Shicknider and Shanti Shicknider; her grandchildren, Trake Shicknider, Leric Serigny, Talon Shicknider, Dalton Shicknider, Kaleb Shicknider, Hannah Shicknider, Alee Shicknider, Ashlyn Shicknider, Layne Chiasson and Travis Shicknider, Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Richard, Ella Naquin, Norman Matherne, Rex Matherne and Fay Matherne.
Dianne loved to crochet and donate blankets and hats to Children's Hospital. She also donated her.
