It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin J. Gautreaux (Golden Meadow, Louisiana), born in Larose, Louisiana, who passed away on October 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lorrisa Callais Gautreaux; his parents, Noah J. Gautreaux and Leonise Plaisance Gautreaux; and his siblings, Elda G. Cheramie (Norris), Helen G. Robinson (Charles Ray), Gilbert A. Gautreaux (Ethel) and Ernest A. Gautreaux.

He is survived by: his brother Russell L. Gautreaux (Rose). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
