He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Toney; his stepfather Pete Firestine; and his parents-in-law, Cedric Jones and Rachel Perkins Jones. He is survived by: his wife LaDona Jones Toney; his mother Peggy Jeane Firestine; his brothers, Ronald Toney and Kenneth Toney (Callie); his sisters-in-law, Theresa Jones Senkel (Ron) and Jackie Jones Miller (Paul); his children, Tonya Toney Lyman (Jon) and Terence "Bubba" Toney (Paula); his son-in-law Mark Sharbono (Robyn); his grandchildren, Savanna Sharbono Karch, Mallory Sharbono, Madison Lyman, David Cleary, Emmaleigh Toney and Tate Toney; and his great grandchild Cash Karch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
