He is survived by: his mother Josephine Lee Baltazar of Glenmora, LA; his son Kendrick Cadrion Baltazar of New Orleans, LA; his sisters, Sherry Baltazar Pickles (Drextel) of Dallas, TX, Trudy Baltazar Brown (Anthony) of Baton Rouge, LA, Lesia Baltazar Dubriel (Richard) of Katy, TX and Angelia Baltazar Thomas (Lee) of Katy, TX.; his uncle Jerry Baltazar of Glenmora, LA; and his aunt Sadie Lee of Glenmora, LA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
