He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Coleman Upmeyer; and his parents, John Upmeyer and Alice Upmeyer. He is survived by: his children, Theresa A. Arnold, Nancy D. Whitt (Michael McGrew), John W. Evans, Floyd Upmeyer, Phillip Upmeyer, II (Lucy) and Jamie Renteria (Mario). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
