She was predeceased by: her son Chuck Sharp; her parents, John Roberts and Janet Roberts; her stepfather James Shell; and her siblings, Larry Roberts, Betty Helm and Barbara Handy.
She is survived by: her husband Willie Sharp of Glenmora; her children, Jay Sharp (Sherry) of Cleveland, Texas, Lori Hayes (Marvin) of Clinton, Kathi Davis (Steve) of Florien, Jackie Sharp of Central and Vickie Sharp (Dawn) of Lacombe; and her siblings, Mike Roberts, Geronimo Shell, Linda Quintanilla, Terry Jenkins, Heidi Shell and Annette Smith. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew Baptist Church (812 E 7th Ave, Oakdale, LA 71463). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
