He was predeceased by: his parents, Cazzy Francis and Bruce Francis; his daughter Paula Sue Francis; and his siblings, Jimmy Francis, Clennon Ray "Red" Francis, Dorothy "Dot" Chelette, LaVert Monroe, Pinkie Stephens and Betty McRight.
He is survived by: his sister Ruby; his brother-in-law Boots Johnson; his wife Ruth Woodham Francis; his sons, Stan Francis (Pam) and Randy Francis (Sonja); his grandson Josh Francis; and his sister Marie Pringle.
