He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Marie Odom Johnson; his parents, James Johnson and Alice Johnson; his brother Dallas Johnson; and his granddaughter Cyra Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce James Johnson of Glenmora, Karen Harrison of Glenmora and Misty Stelly (Scotty) of Glenmora; and his sisters, Ann McDaniel (Eugene) of Glenmora and Belenda Ashworth (Hilder) of Oakdale.
