She is survived by: her son Bill Middleton (Retha) of Gilliam, LA; her granddaughter Misti Leon (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Skyla Courtney, Payden Courtney and Kaydence Leon; and her great great grandchild Michaela Kelly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
