She was predeceased by: her significant other Jerry; her siblings, Betty Netherland, James Delaney, Johnny Delaney and Darlene Pounders; and her nephew Richard Allen John, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane John (Richard) and Ouida Sewell (Randy); her siblings, Shirley Washington, Myrtle Martinez, Linda Smith and Michael Delaney; her grandchildren, Summer John, Jeremy Sewell, Nathan John, Chase John, Justin Sewell and Drew John; and her great grandchildren, Lacie Parker, Taylor John, Lilli John, Maddison Sewell, Rowan John, Emma Grace John and Ford John.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (7678 Gilbert St, Gilbert, LA 71336). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
