With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Faye Brower of Gilbert, Louisiana, born in Catron, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: the father of her children Carroll Wayne Weaks; and her brothers, Billy Bixler and Ronnie Bixler. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Brower of Jigger; her children, Rhonda Campbell of Winnsboro, Val Gilmore (David) of Extension and Len Weaks (Vanessa) of Winnsboro; her sister-in-law Sarah Bixler of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Daniel Hendry (Constance) of Jena, Magan Courtney of Winnsboro, Zachary Barfield of Jigger, Cassie Boughton (Chris) of Mangham, William Chappell (Ariel) of Winnsboro, Seth Barfield of Wisner, Gavin Weaks (Katelyn Malone) of Mangham and Lexi Weaks of Winnsboro; and her friend Jackie Sullenger. She is also survived by great grandchildren; a host of special nieces and nephews.
