He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E. Wells and Mary Athlee Wells (McArn) of Gilbert; his wife Suzanne H. Wells of Ft. Worth, TX; his son Robert Wells of Ft. Worth, TX; and his brothers, Ray G. Wells of Ridgeway, VA, James R. Wells of Bandera, TX, John D. Wells of Springdale, AR, Paul Henry Wells of Tallulah, LA and Wade Glen Wells of Tulsa, OK..
He is survived by: his granddaughter Monique; his children, Jerry Wells (Deborah) of Frisco, TX and Monique Wells of Austin, TX; his daughter-in-law Jackie Wells of Ft. Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Amber, Andrea, Robert and Daniel; and his siblings, Cecil A. Wells of Tallulah, LA and Rose Marie Busby (Monty) of Tallulah, LA. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
