He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynn Norris Evans; his mother Barbara Ribardi Evans; his daughters, Angel Moore and Mylanna Moore; his brothers, Steven Evans and Wanna Thaitanee; his granddaughters, Katie Moore, Kelsey Robbins and Colby Robbins; his sister Amanda Gros (Glenn); his great grandchild Kaygen Godwin; his father Leonard Wayne Evans, Sr.; his grandparents, Kimball Evans, Lorraine Evans, Enis Ribardi and Alice Ribardi; and also, Ferguson and Jack.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the National Kidney Transplant Association.
