He is survived by: his children, Joseph "Joey" A. Guillot, III (Angela) of Moss Bluff, LA, Phyllis Lynn Guillot Marceaux (Elston "D. D.") of Noble, LA and Cynthia Ann Guillot Deslatte (Keith) of Gibson, LA; his grandchildren, Crystal, Phyllis, Jennifer, James and Brandi; his siblings, Bev Guillot and Rosalie Goulas; and his great grandchildren, Cody, Devin, Noah and Jace.
