He was predeceased by: his father George R. Lewis; his grandparents, George, Gloria Lewis, Sidney and Hazel Landry; his brother Kirby Lewis; and his stepson Carl Miller.
He is survived by: his half-siblings, David Lewis, Christie, Dawn and Farrah; his stepdaughter Ashley Carbajal; his mother Suzanne M. Landry; his stepgrandchildren, Santae, Jeremiah, Max and Mieka; his nephews, Byron and Chase Lewis; his great-nephew Heath Lewis; his cousin Alyiha Landry; and also Jody. He is also survived by other numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Twin City Funeral Home (412 Fourth St, Morgan City, LA 70380). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
