He is survived by: his wife Iris Aucoin LeBlanc; his sons, Jerry "Trey" LeBlanc III and Adam Michael LeBlanc (Randi); his grandchildren, Addison LeBlanc and Rowen LeBlanc; his siblings, Anthony Sr., Don Sr., David LeBlanc Sr. and Mary Beth Pearce; and his mother Ann Melancon Bodmer.
