He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr and Gertude Bogen Sr.; and his siblings, Joseph Martin, Daniel Martin, Richard Martin and Estelle Wiggins.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bogen; his sons, Andrew Bogen, George Levy Bogen (Juwayn), Harold Bogen (Tanna), Dwayne Bogen and Darryl Bogen; and his sister Willie Mae Bogen Gibson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
