He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Percy Sr. and Bertha Mae Robertson Norman; his grandparents, Albert Norman, Sr., Eula Mae Matthews Norman and LouElla Townsend Walker; his sister Charan Patrice Norman; and his niece Chloe CharNell Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Payne-Norman; his children, Chaney Norman, LaShira Gray, Bianca Hill (Jacoby), LaShae Payne, Cass Norman and Collin Lewis; his siblings, Corrnell P. Norman (Charlotte) and Chartina L. Bradley (Jermaine); and also Ben Robertson, Sr.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
