He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. Bellizana and Vellia R. Bellizana; and his siblings, Jack Bellizana, Delores Cheavis, Eloise Payne, Eula Allen and Wavernell Belcher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Bellizana and Keetia Williams; and his sisters, Joan Clark, Wilma Hawkins, Carolyn B. McGill (Jerry), Janet B. Ruffin, Brenda Aubert and Carmie W. Bolden. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
