He is survived by: his wife Barbara Graves Johnson; his children, Jonathan Duke Johnson (Kala), Thelma Louise Johnson Edgell (Kris) and Donovan Jess Johnson (Roo); his grandchildren, Luke Edgell, Zachary Johnson, Kyrstin Edgell, Jacob Johnson, Joshua Johnson and Jeremiah Johnson; and his brother David Johnson (Jeannie).
