She is survived by: her children, Andrew Ray Hebert and Kaylie Jade Curvelo; her mother Cynthia M. Foret; her stepmother Darla A. Matherne; her siblings, Dennis Ray Matherne, Jr. and Destiny Monique Matherne; and her grandmother Nona F. Matherne.
