With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Craig Joseph Slayton of Gheens, Louisiana, born in Larose, Louisiana, who passed away on March 8, 2022 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vaniess Dufrene, Sr., Julia Truxillo Dufrene and Bobby Ralph Slayton, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Michael Cedotal. He is survived by: his children, Savana, MaCulin, Makia and Hana Slayton; his parents, Cynthia Dufrene and Bobby Ralph Slayton, Jr.; his stepfather Todd Delaune; his sisters, Amy Slayton and Sarah Cedotal; his brother-in-law Slade St. Pierre; and his nieces and nephews, Megan Esponge, Brandon St. Pierre, Sy Falgout, Devin St. Pierre, Jadyn Falgout and Keegan St. Pierre. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
