She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. Martinez, Jr.; her daughter Tracey M. Martinez; her son-in-law Tad Plaisance; her parents, Thomas Toups and Bess Dufrene Toups; and her siblings, Donavon, Alvin, Cleary, Tommy, Dale, Lindel, Sandy, Lois Walker, Shillie Sampey and Wanda Toups.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Martinez, III, Cassie Thomas Martinez (Tammy), Shannon M. Plaisance, Cody J. Martinez (Denise) and Robert R. Martinez; and her siblings, Kearney, Dean, Reed, Randy "Joe", Lane Toups, Dolores Foreman, Connie Matherne and Cathy Durio. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
