He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Carter. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Carter (Carson) of Georgetown; his children, Christi Pritchard (David), Jayme Lee (JR) of Georgetown, Tina Carter-Cummings (Cody) of Ruston, Royce Taylor of Pollock and William Fant of Georgetown; and his sisters, Sarah Jane Tyler (Rynn) of Ferriday and Rhonda Landry of Ball.
