He is survived by: his sons, Rick Atwell of Highlands, TX and Ray Atwell (Teresa) of Olla; his sister Laura Manzella (Richard) of Mandeville; and his grandchildren, Audra "Dee" Garcia, Nathan Perot and Lethey Perot. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
