He is survived by: his children, Cindy E. Loup (Mark), Randy Elfer (Carleen), Ritchie Elfer (Donna) and Christy E. Lowe (Tim); his sister-in-law Linda A. Miano; his grandchildren, Denise L. Carter (Mark), Daphne Roussel (Brian), Caleb Wright (Nick), Brittany E. Keller (Lee) and Jena Elfer; his great grandchildren, Trey, Layla, Aubrey, Tristan, Natalie and Noah; and his brother Al Elfer (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
