He is survived by: his wife Gertie D. Polk; his daughters, Petronilla A. Polk of Lafayette, Sherilyn S. O'Neal of LaPlace and Sydney S. Jones (Keith) of Gonzales; his grandchildren, Tyren E. Snyder (Andreina), Glynn S. Flugence, Jaden E. Snyder, DeVante'L. Flugence and Garrison W. O'Neal; and his great-niece Kyla D. Jones of Garyville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
