She was predeceased by: her son Perry Levet; her great grandchild Elle Rose; and her parents, Earl Madere and Pearl Madere. She is survived by: her husband Larry Levet; her children, Shelly Ernst (Lester), Kelly Curtis and Angelle Farrell (Bart); her grandchildren, Jordan (Grace), Gabrielle, Leslie, Jeanne, Courtney, Madeleine, Chloe, Camryn, Christina, Ella, Amelia and Olivia; her great grandchild Kairo; and her sisters, Yvette Baron (Joseph) and Tanya Roccaforte (Barry).
