She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Joseph Amedee of Garyville; her parents, Antoine Haydel and Gladys Schexnayder; and her sister Carolyn Haydel. She is survived by: her children, Remy Amedee (Kimberly), Kim Louque (Rickey) and Wendy Hotard (Gerald); her grandchildren, Ryan Amedee (Nicole), Ariel Amedee (Adam), Hailey Louque (Drake), Miranda Hotard and Chase Hotard; her great grandchildren, Rhett and Amelia Amedee; and her caregivers, Dawn LeBlanc, Wanda Summers, Cheryl Rose, Leslie Bell and Antoinette Francois.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Hubert Catholic Church (176 Anthony F Monica St, Garyville, LA 70051). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
