He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Ursu and Anna Ciupeiu Ursu; the mother of his children Hope Kimura; his sisters, Rebecca Ursa Colin, Mary Ursa Medina, Elizabeth Ursa Guenther, Irene Ursa Ferguson and Helen Ursa Link; his sons, Charles S. Ursa and Wayne M. Ursa; his brother-in-law Lewis Cambre III; and his parents-in-law, Lewis Cambre Jr. and Elsie Matherne Cambre.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Cambre Ursa; his children, Mark, Richard Ursa, Diane Ursa McFadden (Carl), Scott Richard (Andrea), Steven Richard (Stacy) and Tammy Gan (Stevie); his siblings-in-law, Kathleen, Elsie, Carla Cambre and Lyle Cambre (Drema); and his friend Linda DiSanto (Mamacita). He is also survived by 2 stepsons and 1 stepdaughter, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, many neices and nephews as well as many friends.
