He is survived by: his children, Colby Lewis, Collin Lewis (Kawrene), Connor Lewis, Tanner Lewis and Hannah Lewis; his siblings, Lisa Hickman (Jeff), Craig Lewis (Alisa), Robby Lewis (Hope), Bradley (Courtney) and Heather (Anthony); his grandchildren, Heidi Lewis, Kate Lewis, Landry Lewis and Piper Lewis; and his caregiver Lyndsi Gordan Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
