She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Mae Paddie Edwards and Alvie Edwards; her husband Joseph Russell Hunley Jr.; her brother Roger Edwards; and her friend Frederick Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, Rob Hunley (LaDonna) and Denise Hunley-Harlow (David); and her grandchildren, Lauren Hunley Moore (Darin), Blake Hunley (Alexis), Ashley Hunley (Chad), Sheriden Harlow and Emmanuel Harlow. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
